The company was founded in 2013 by industry veteran Irving Azoff, and Randy Grimmett, as an alternative to the traditional performance rights model. The Role

This full-time position is a new function within our Revenue Operations organization and will be playing a critical role in
designing and executing on our sales and marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include:
-Support our technical and operational teams in the implementation of Marketo as our marketing automation solution
and serve as a key member on the project teams to roll out our high-volume sales strategy
-Design and build automated campaigns (email outreach, landing pages, etc.) in Marketo for various target audiences,
including lead-generation campaigns for new customers in different industries and regular information-request
campaigns for existing customers
-Analyze campaign performance on an ongoing basis and refine campaign elements and messaging in collaboration
with our sales organization and other departments
-Develop and iteratively refine a lead scoring model to trigger responsive campaign messaging and to prioritize
prospects for SDR outreach, and lead the implementation in Marketo and Salesforce.com
-Build a reporting and analytics framework to provide executive visibility into our campaign activity and performance
throughout the sales funnel, present and interpret results, and formulate recommendations
-Act as the business owner and administrator of Marketo and interface with internal technical teams as well as
consultants and vendors to ensure optimal alignment between the systems and to develop new solutions across our
growing tech stack
-Collaborate with other members of the team on researching, acquiring, ingesting, and routing new leads
-Partner closely with the sales and SDR teams to create a seamless and concerted lead workflow where automated
campaigns and direct sales outreach complement each other optimally
-Develop the campaign operations function and establish and refine processes and KPIs
-Own the entire campaign lifecycle (drafting, implementation, approval, testing, delivery, optimization, and reporting)
and manage all related workflows and interactions between departments
-Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements

-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing, sales operations, or a related field
-Experience implementing a marketing automation solution and/or building campaigns from scratch
-Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce.com required; additional technologies are a plus
-Excellent project management skills, a strong sense of urgency and relentless commitment to meeting expectations
and deadlines
-Proven ability to manage collaborators and to influence others without having to invoke direct authority
-Experience building and managing internal relationships with a high degree of professionalism and people skills to
successfully lead complex processes and to coordinate and act as a broker between various teams, executives, and
stakeholders
-Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strategic and critical thinking, and a “can do” attitude
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
