Blue Ridge GlobalAtlanta, Georgia | October 11, 2022

The Company

Blue Ridge is the creator of the leading supply chain platform for distributors, retailers, and manufacturers. As a fully configurable supply chain planning software solution, Blue Ridge improves forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, profitability, and competitive edge in real-time. With a 98% customer loyalty rating and a 4.7/5 star peer rating on Gartner, Blue Ridge is in a position to leverage their track record to grow their business. Blue Ridge has truly put the customer at the center of its business and offers a quick go live timeline with zero failed implementations to date.

Blue Ridge has grounded its culture in the following core values:

• Conflict. We embrace conflict (productive, ideological, trust-based conflict); in fact, we demand this type of conflict from our team members and hold them accountable to do what they say they are going to do. We are direct, talk simple and shoot straight. We attack ideas, not people.
• Results. We measure success based on results vs. effort, and we value disciplined execution; we press on, “keep keepin’,” and prevail, even in the face of change and “tumultuous seas.”
• Integrity. We are candid, quick to admit our mistakes; and we do the right thing, even if we have something to lose.
• Grit. We face life, work, and challenges with fortitude, fierce resolve, and endurance to achieve long-term goals. We do whatever it takes, no matter what it takes* – amidst adversity and against all odds – to make the seemingly impossible, possible.
• Winning Attitude. We approach our work with optimism and determination; we do not quit; we do not make excuses; we are not victims.
• Drive to Excellence. We actively seek feedback and are driven to continuously learn, grow, and be the best version of ourselves. We celebrate the 97% we get right, briefly, then spend most of our time on the 3% we got wrong. We act, operate, and behave like gold medalist, Olympic champions.
• Humility. We are self-aware, act with respect and care towards others, and place team success ahead of self-interest.

The CMO may be based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL.
