Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is Houston’s premier multispecialty group practice, with ~$2B in revenue and more than 450 physicians and allied health professionals practicing at 24 locations in the Greater Houston area. In addition to operating Texas’ largest ambulatory surgery center, the Clinic provides an accredited Sleep Center, comprehensive laboratory services, advanced imaging and diagnostics, 16 onsite Kelsey pharmacies, and partners with major insurers to offer value-based commercial health plans.

The Role

To support the continued growth of the business, Kelsey-Seybold is expanding its product portfolio and geographical footprint. The Senior Associate Consultant will be responsible for developing strategy recommendations and work plans after collecting and analyzing both internal and external market, sales, and commercial data. The role will review and optimize both product and go-to-market strategy. The Sr. Consultant reports to the Sr. Director Product & “Go-to-Market” and can work either hybrid out of the Houston office or remote.

Experience & Requirements

• Act as an extension of the Senior Director of Product & Go-to-Market in reviewing and optimizing product and “Go-to-Market” strategy
• Develop comprehensive project plans for meeting the objectives including people, process, and business requirements of the initiative
• Analyze and design efficient, cost-effective solutions which support business processes and functional requirements
• Create materials and presentations to communicate strategic approach, dependencies, and other project variables to key stakeholders
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to create qualitative input, develop insights, and identify potential opportunities or recommendations
• Build comprehensive business cases with cost, service, and benefit dimensions of proposed strategic projects to be used at executive levels for funding and scope decisions
• Provide support in the creation and maintenance of the value proposition story for both KCC and KCA products to be used in external communication and Sales Enablement
• Ensure successful delivery of initiatives including stepping in to fill any functional gaps across both quantitative and qualitative needs
• Support BAU and ad hoc analyses, reporting, and presentations for commercial Leadership (e.g., Sales, Marketing, COO)
• Build foundation for and develop predictive analytics functionality with the focus on producing dependable and accurate sales forecast
