Digital signage product offerings include a range of varying sizes, indoor and outdoor applications, and built-in enterprise level software capabilities, with the canvas hardware provided by the same manufacturer of Apple products, Wistron. Driven by its built-in software and enhanced functional awareness, VIDERI’s platform uniquely supports the orchestration of canvas images, addressing the digital signage market’s growing need for the simplification of the ever-increasing number and size of SKUs.
The Role
Videri is now seeking to hire a Chief Revenue Officer to create a comprehensive go-to-market approach including: customer segmentation; organization structure; sales process and value proposition; sales force resourcing, training, and deployment; compensation plans and incentives; ongoing sales management and operations, including KPIs, systems and tools, pipeline, and management cadence.
The new CRO will provide overall leadership of the Sales, Pre-Sales, and Sales Operations functions for the company, including: revenue goals; account plans and budgets; policies, procedures, metrics, and systems; talent assessment and goals; recruiting and development; brand and awareness building; and communications with company leadership. The ideal candidate will possess: (1) commercial leadership experience in a software and/or consumer hardware business of relevant scope and scale, (2) demonstrated leadership success in a high-change or other transformational environment, (3) deep expertise in commercial strategy and sales operations including: customer segmentation, sales force design and deployment, metrics, compensation and accountability, and (4) a hands-on, field forward engagement style that inspires followership and enterprise results. The CRO reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
