The Role
The Operations Director will be responsible for maximizing business performance of our wide variety of products, highly engineered to order, custom to order and standard product engineering and manufacturing facility in Arvada, CO. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing principles, this role will lead the Manufacturing and Procurement functions for this $200M operation, 350 employee facility. This starts with developing a clear understanding of our manufacturing of our pump and compressor products along with our customer needs.
Experience & Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing manufacturing for an highly engineered product line in industrial/manufacturing business, preferably in the rotating equipment
•Proven ability to impact to execute industrial manufacturing process improvement
•Ability to create and drive operations strategies in support of a growing business
•Demonstrated track record of driving strong employee engagement with strong skills at listening and influencing
•Demonstrated experience with Supply Chain (procurement, planning and S&OP)
•Demonstrated problem solving skills
•Familiarity with manufacturing financial analysis and reporting
•Familiarity with CNC Machining processes.
