To drive and support continued growth, Tenzing is hiring strong Partners to lead industry and functional practices, Marketing & Sales, and Private Equity.
Experience & Requirements
The Partner will be additive to Tenzing’s current functional and industry focus areas, will deliver market-leading domain expertise, and will have a strong interest in developing a robust commercial process. The ideal candidate will possess: (1) experience leading and delivering on large and complex global consulting engagements and strategic client relationships with a focus on supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or an alternative functional or industry domain; (2) a data-driven methodology for lead generation and autonomous revenue origination across both new and existing clients; (3) demonstrated success leading teams in a high-performing professional services organization; and (4) a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and hands-on leadership style that will lead change through action and influence, both internally and with high value clients.
