AOM specializes in the care of patients with chronic conditions who may require a more complex level of treatment. The company has decades of experience providing therapy for over 80 chronic conditions and is expanding therapy solutions and investing in innovative platforms to continue to deliver state-of-the-art care to more patients across the country.

The Role

AOM is now seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to be the linchpin of the sales team, supporting growth initiatives and ensuring seamless execution. The role is pivotal to enhancing the company’s sales processes, propelling it towards exceptional achievements in sales and marketing effectiveness and market penetration. The role will require a blend of analytical acumen, process-driven thinking, and a relentless focus on execution to drive sales efforts to new levels of success.

Experience & Requirements

• Experience working in a Sales Operations function within a commercial organization of relevant scope and scale (e.g., B2B and/or B2C customer base and a large, geographically distributed sales force with >20 sellers and multiple levels of management). Experience integrating acquisitions is valued, but not required.
• Track record of influencing and supporting distinctive, organic sales growth in a relevant environment using modern commercial methodologies and tools.
• Experience maturing the sales operations function through the creation of repeatable processes and tools to support pipeline and account management, customer segmentation, territory planning, reporting & analytics, and compensation management.
• Strategic and tactical expertise in the collection, analysis and delivery of large, multi-dimensional data sets and business insights that drive strategic decision making in sales. Ideal candidates will have influenced or created an enterprise level “scorecard” for sales performance using advance analytical tools, preferably PowerBI.
• Experience scaling or optimizing Sales Operations policies, processes, or systems to create measurable value and change to front line operations. Ideal candidates will have experience partnering with sales management, human resources, finance, and IT to drive implementation and compliance to the systems and tools described above.
• High energy and field-forward. Ability to quickly forge relationships across the organization.
• Super collaborative. Able to foster relationships with Chief Sales Officer and other members of the leadership team to build necessary data and process infrastructure to professionalize the sales operations function.
• Nimble, self-reliant, and hands-on. Able to operate as an individual contributor. Experience managing external consultants and software providers is a plus.
• Superior financial and analytical skills, but able to make processes and tools simple and digestible for field sales personnel without this orientation.
