The Role

To support Fullscript’s growth and advance their mission to support patient health with a comprehensive suite of quality supplements, and empower practitioners to develop wellness and adherence plans, Fullscript is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead the purchasing organization and build a best-in-class strategic sourcing function. This leader will lead a purchasing team and Manager of Strategic Sourcing to ensure optimal product availability and working capital levels. The role reports directly to the Executive Vice President and can be based remotely, ideally located in the Northeast United States. The Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations will be responsible for driving world class product availability while optimizing working capital investment and team efficiency. They will also be responsible for partnering closely with our supplier partnership and category teams to transform an ad hoc relationship driven model into a world class strategic sourcing organization. As one demonstrates success, additional growth opportunities will be made available.

Experience & Requirements

•At least five years’ experience in purchasing and strategic sourcing with experience in procurement of branded products for resale (e.g. retail or e-commerce retail)
•Demonstrated track record of driving execution and results
•History of team management
•Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen, as well as a strategic mindset
•Exceptional communication and relationship skills
•Strong attention to detail
•A self-starting attitude with ability to build in an environment of ambiguity
•Expertise in negotiations and networking
•Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
•A strong desire to grow and learn with demonstrated leadership potential
