TK Elevator Corporation is the global provider of high-technology elevators, escalators, and related services, with sales of $9 billion and an installed base of 1.4 million units in over 100 countries globally. The company employs over 50,000 people, including a service organization of over 24,000. TK Elevator was formed in 2020 when private equity firms Advent International and Cinven, along with RAG foundation purchased the Elevator Technology business from thyssenkrupp.

The Role

In 2021 TK Elevator embarked on a significant enterprise transformation program to strengthen their position in the market and address the future needs of their global customer base. The transformation program has the following objectives:

• Deliver $250 million in incremental EBTIDA through Value Creation Programs (VCPs) over the next 3 years.
• VCPs will be focused on top line growth, gross margin expansion and SG&A efficiencies.
• Build robust organizational capabilities to drive enterprise-wide change.
• Instill disciplined project execution capabilities across the organization.

As part of this transformation, TK Elevator has established a Program Management Office to lead and implement a number of value creation programs and initiatives across the business. The company now seeks to hire a Senior Director of Pricing & Sales Transformation to partner with the North American Pricing Leader and EVP of Sales and Marketing to transform and professionalize the pricing function across the organization for all TKE products and services. The role is a key member of the Program Management Office team, reports directly to the Chief Program Management Officer, and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Experience & Requirements

The Senior Director, Pricing & Sales Transformation will partner with the EVP of Sales and Marketing, the North American Pricing Leader and other functional leaders from finance, product/engineering, and sales and marketing in implementing a market-based pricing strategy for all TKE products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess: (1) experience implementing pricing strategy for products and related services in relevant environments of appropriate scope and scale; (2) demonstrated success building and implementing enterprise-wide pricing strategies, systems, and processes to drive top-line revenue; (3) a track record of leading commercial/pricing transformations with clear evidence of owning and implementing results; and (4) the leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit necessary to lead in an evolving, high-growth environment.
