The Role
PRGX is seeking to hire its first SVP, Global Sales, who will focus on driving new business for the organization. This individual will lead a global team of 8-12, focused on gaining enterprise level, new logo business. Early days will involve evaluating the sales team in place, upskilling where possible, and potentially adding new high performers to the team. Additionally, the SVP, Global Sales will develop a process and playbook to generate sustainable, long-term growth for PRGX via new logos. The current sales team under this individual is 50% domestic and 50% international.
