Together Women’s Health (TWH) is a physician- led, patient-centered network of OBGYN
providers committed to advancing women’s healthcare. TWH offers patients a full suite of services including mammography, lab, ultrasound imaging, skincare, and rejuvenation. The company invests heavily in building and maintaining a culture to be the employer of choice, cultivating a community of providers and resources, which in turn enriches patient experience and strengthens doctor-patient relationships.

The Role

TWH plans to grow across the Midwest through acquisition of other like-minded practices, while providing central management and infrastructure to support operations, finance, accounting, marketing, human resources, and IT disciplines. To support this plan, TWH is seeking to hire multiple VP, Strategic Partnerships as quota-carrying commercial executives to lead the identification, analysis, relationship building, and basic terms negotiation of add-on partner acquisitions.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience selling complex partnership or services with relevant deal sizes ($500k-$1 million EBITDA) and sales cycles (> 6 months).
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas exceeding $1 million with deal sizes >$100K.
• Thrives on winning in a competitive environment; experience identifying, generating, and closing new business from a blank slate, including new prospects and new territories.
• Business acumen and presence required to build credible relationships with business owners (physicians).
• Embraces the ‘science’ of sales: customer segmentation, activity- based management, and accountability; experience leveraging CRM (ideally Salesforce) to track and report on leads, sales, and customer management activities.
• Manages change through influence; capable of driving major commercial decisions across a diverse set of internal stakeholders; collaborative and team-oriented.
• A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others.
