To support the function’s continued development and growth, athenahealth is seeking to hire a new Vice President of Customer Success Management to lead the company’s Group tier (mid-sized) clients, which represent ~2,000 customers and $750M+ revenue. The Vice President will report to the COO and lead a team of 11 direct reports with a broader organization of ~100 FTEs.
Experience & Requirements
The VP of Customer Success will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers and working to retain the customer base, grow their loyalty, and elevate their performance. The VP will also be responsible for improving and modernizing the customer management process and collaborating with sales and product teams to drive upsell opportunities within existing clientele.
