UWH operates within four business segments: Unified ObGyn Medical Affiliates, CCRM Fertility Care & Research, Gennev Menopause Relief, and Lucina high-risk maternity care management. The Role

With the increasing scale and complexity of the business, UWH is investing in its leadership team to build and innovate its core capabilities in support of continued expansion. UWH is now seeking a Vice President of Treasury that will have enterprise-wide responsibility for streamlining the function across all four business units as well as helping to scale for future growth. The ideal candidate will possess: (1) enterprise-wide treasury leadership experience in an environment of relevant size and complexity; (2) experience building out a treasury function in a turnaround, high-growth and/or Private Equity backed environment; and (3) the leadership and change management skills necessary to build a high performing and scalable organization. This is a remote position with a preference toward existing UWH locations including Dallas, Denver, Tampa Bay, Boca Raton, or the greater New Jersey area. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and leads a team of three analysts.

Experience & Requirements

• At least 15 years of professional experience that includes some combination of corporate finance, treasury, accounting, and financial risk management in a company of relevant scale and complexity.
• Experience in a consumer-centric services environment is required. Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Experience building out treasury function with an emphasis on process standardization and risk mitigation.
• Experience collaborating with other operating functions (revenue cycle, supply chain, accounts payable, etc.) to establish processes aimed at optimizing working capital.
• Experience with capital allocation strategies and implications.
• Experience with risk management via derivatives and hedging and navigating tax implications of a global business; understands the international financial implications.
• Expert financial, quantitative, and analytical skills. Excels in issue identification and mitigation.
• Experience managing relationships with external business partners, including banks and insurance providers.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• Able to work up, down, and across large organizations; connects at all levels, i.e., practice level to C-suite.
• A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate themselves and others; a natural bias for action.
