This opportunity allows you to gain valuable insights into the current market, including candidate volume and key industry trends, helping you make better informed decisions.

We are offering this type of engagement through two options:

Market Mapping projects

  • Parameters: Defined candidate pool with specific target companies (25-75 candidates)
  • Process: PierceGray delivers a summary of the candidate market, including candidate name, company, experience level and background, within 1-3 weeks of project kick-off

Market Mapping “Plus” projects

  • Parameters: Defined candidate pool with specific target companies (25-75 candidates)
  • Process: PierceGray executes the Market Map, plus initiates confidential outreach to the candidate set, and conducts initial phone calls to understand general candidate interest, experience and compensation within 2-4 weeks of kick-off

The fee structure will be determined by the size of the candidate pool based on the project criteria billed at kickoff. If a formal search of similar scope is launched within 6 months of the market map, the flat fee is credited to the search fee.
