Kristin McGinnis is a Vice President in PierceGray’s Chicago office, where she recruits HR and commercial leadership.
Kristin came to executive search from consulting. She spent more than a decade in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice, leading enterprise-wide workforce transformations across the consumer and healthcare sectors and advising senior leadership teams on talent strategy, leadership development, organizational design, and talent acquisition. She brings that same advisory lens to search, helping clients think through how a leadership hire fits into their broader talent strategy. She holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Kristin lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with her husband, two young sons, and their golden retriever. She enjoys workout classes, hosting gatherings, and spending time outdoors whenever possible.
