Todd Brewer is a Vice President in PierceGray’s New York office and is part of the firm’s Supply Chain & Operations practice. He specializes in recruiting senior operating leaders for private equity portfolio companies and also places operating partners at private equity funds. He primarily works across the industrial and consumer sectors and supports large cap and middle market firms.
He previously spent 7 years as a management consultant at AlixPartners, where he specialized in supply chain and led cross-functional transformation programs for manufacturing companies. Todd’s consulting background gives him a unique understanding of how the operational, financial, and leadership demands of private equity value creation are connected to talent strategy.
Todd has more than 15 years of experience and began his career in financial services at Deutsche Bank and Blackstone. He holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Todd lives with his wife, Emma, and enjoys reading non-fiction and spending time outdoors, including golfing, hiking, skiing, and doing yardwork.
