Julia Dashuta is a Managing Director at PierceGray, where she leads the firm’s Commercial Practice. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2019.
Julia recruits the executives responsible for revenue and growth within private equity-backed portfolio companies, including sales, marketing, revenue operations, pricing, and commercial transformation. Her searches span industries, and she has led the build-out of our healthcare expertise.
Julia spent her entire career prior to PierceGray at Deloitte Consulting, most recently as a Senior Manager in the Strategy & Operations practice. She designed and implemented large-scale operational transformations, primarily for healthcare clients. Having led that work from the client side, she knows what those roles require of the people in them, and that understanding shapes how she approaches every search.
She holds a BS in Management from Boston College and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Julia and her husband, Matt, live in Evanston, Illinois, with their children, Parker and Kaia. A Cape Cod native, she spends as much of her downtime as she can at the beach.
