Mayank Parikh is a Managing Director at PierceGray, where he leads the firm’s Human Resources Practice. Based in Chicago, he joined the firm in 2026.
Mayank recruits HR leadership across industries, along with the senior roles underneath it in total rewards, talent acquisition, and talent management. He has worked with private equity and venture capital firms from the lower middle market to the megafunds. He approaches a search in the context of the wider human capital strategy of the business he is working with.
Mayank spent his career in executive search before joining PierceGray. He was a Managing Partner in Executive Search at Creative Artists Agency, and before that a Managing Partner at Hanold Associates, where he led the Technology & Private Equity Practice.
He holds a BS from Northwestern University. Mayank and his wife live in Evanston, Illinois, with their son and their golden retriever. He is an avid tennis player and enjoys reading, podcasts, and time with friends and family.
