Mayank is a Managing Director at PierceGray, where he supports the firm’s executive search work from its Chicago office. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Managing Partner for the Technology and Private Equity Practice at Creative Artists Agency, following CAA’s acquisition of Hanold Associates in 2024.
Earlier in his career, Mayank spent more than nine years with Hanold Associates Executive Search & Leadership Advisory, where he advanced from research and knowledge management into partner and managing partner roles. He has a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and is a certified Predictive Index Analyst.
