Nicole Harris is a Managing Director at PierceGray, based in the Chicago office. She joined the firm in 2021 after a decade in recruiting and staffing leadership.
Nicole recruits across nearly every function for private equity firms and their portfolio companies, with the greatest depth in field services, food & beverage, and industrial manufacturing. Her recruiting background complements the functional and operating experience across the firm.
Before executive search, Nicole was an Associate Practice Director at Page Executive and a Team Lead at LaSalle Network, after starting out in management at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
She holds bachelor’s degrees in marketing and Spanish from the University of Northern Iowa. Originally from Iowa, Nicole now calls Chicago home. She is an avid sports fan loyal to the Bears, Blackhawks, and Cubs, a dedicated foodie, and plays both bocce and hockey.
