Kent Brown is a Managing Director at PierceGray, where he co-leads the firm’s Operations & Supply Chain Practice in North America. Based in Atlanta, he joined the firm in 2026.
Kent recruits supply chain and operations leadership for public companies and privately held businesses, with searches that run the length of the supply chain, from manufacturing through distribution, logistics, and transportation. His searches span industries, with particular depth in industrial manufacturing and services, consumer, aerospace & defense, and energy.
Kent spent more than ten years at Korn Ferry as a Senior Client Partner, where he led the Supply Chain and Operations Practice. He brings that experience building and running a practice at scale to his work at PierceGray.
He earned a BA in History from Clemson University and a master’s degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Kent and his wife have two children. He serves on the board of directors of a local nonprofit and is active in his community.
