Emel is an Engagement Manager at PierceGray, where she supports retained executive search work for private equity and Fortune 500 clients. She previously spent more than three years with PierceGray as an Associate and Senior Associate, supporting the firm’s Executive Search and Team Builds practices across C-suite, functional leadership, and middle-management roles.
Prior to returning to the firm, Emel was a Senior Principal at Bespoke Partners, an executive search firm focused on the private equity sector. Earlier in her career, she held human resources roles with INSIGHT2PROFIT. Emel has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Human Resources, with a minor in French and Francophone Studies, from John Carroll University.
