Carly is Head of HR at PierceGray, where she leads people strategy, employee engagement, culture, performance, and change management. Prior to joining the firm, Carly spent more than 11 years at ZS, where she served as an HR Manager, Human Resources Business Partner and Global Employee Engagement Lead. In these roles, she partnered with global business leaders on workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, succession planning, performance management, and engagement strategy.
Earlier in her career, Carly held human resources roles with Rise Interactive, Omnicom Media Group USA, Hagg Press, and Elgin Mental Health Center. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
