Carly Anderson is PierceGray’s Head of HR, based in Chicago, where she leads the firm’s people function. Over her career, she has worked across the full breadth of human resources, in generalist roles, in engagement and retention strategy, and as a strategic HR business partner. Her strengths include workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement and relations, and change management.
Carly brings 15 years of HR experience. Before PierceGray, she held a range of roles at ZS Associates, most recently as an HR Business Partner. Earlier she was an HR Generalist at Rise Interactive and an HR Coordinator at Omnicom Media Group. She holds a BS in Psychology, with a focus in industrial and organizational psychology, from the University of Illinois.
Carly lives in Chicago with her partner, Michael, their toddler, Colby, and their dog, Jake. She enjoys exploring new parks with Colby, going to concerts, working her way through Chicago’s restaurant scene, and practicing yoga.
