Colleen Starkey is the Director of Talent at PierceGray, working remotely in Kalamazoo, MI. After 5 years leading searches with PierceGray clients, Colleen transitioned into an internal role focused on talent management, internal hiring, training, and resourcing. She spent the early part of her career working directly in Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Whirlpool Corporation and USG after graduating from Penn State University with a BA Degree in Supply Chain. Outside of work, Colleen stays busy with her young family and enjoying the great outdoors.
