Colleen Starkey is the Director of Talent Acquisition & Training at PierceGray, where she leads the firm’s internal hiring and the development of the PierceGray team. Having spent a decade in executive search before turning her focus internally, she brings a recruiter’s skillset and knowledge to building PierceGray’s own team, along with an expertise for keeping the firm organized and running smoothly. Across 15 years, including 10 at PierceGray, Colleen had completed about 5 years in search prior to shifting her responsibilities to the firm’s internal hiring.
She began her career on the operations side, in a supply chain rotational program at Whirlpool and an inventory planning role at USG. She holds a BS in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University. Originally from Delaware and now a self-described Midwest lifer based in Kalamazoo, Colleen lives with her husband and their two young children. She loves the mountains and outdoor adventures of all kinds.
