Emily Murphy is currently a Director at PierceGray, based in the Chicago office. In addition to working in Executive Search, Emily leads PierceGray’s DE&I Committee and is an integral part of onboarding and mentoring new hires. She has 50+ placements across Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, and Finance roles. Emily came to PierceGray from BCG, where she worked on the North America Learning & Development Team.
