Frank Feger is the Head of Finance & Operations at PierceGray, based in the firm’s Chicago office. He oversees the financial and operational backbone of the business, from planning and forecasting to the systems and processes that have helped the firm scale smoothly. Frank brings 18 years of experience across finance, operations, and human capital consulting.
Prior to PierceGray, he served as Director of FP&A at WittKieffer, served as a global budgeting and forecasting manager on Ecolab’s Corporate Planning & Analysis team, and began his career at Mercer in actuarial consulting, executive rewards consulting, and HR M&A due diligence. He holds a BA in Mathematics and a BM in Music Performance from Northwestern University, as well as an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Having lived in seven states, Frank now calls Chicagoland home and lives in Oak Park with his family. He is an avid runner and a fan of all things music.
