Frank is Head of Finance at PierceGray, where he leads the firm’s finance function. Prior to joining the firm, Frank held financial planning and analysis leadership roles at WittKieffer and Ecolab, with experience spanning corporate planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational finance.
Earlier in his career, Frank spent nearly 10 years at Mercer, where he worked across executive rewards, M&A due diligence, retirement risk, finance, and actuarial consulting. He has a BA in Mathematics, a Bachelor of Music, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
