Jennifer Rutha is a Director in PierceGray’s New York office, where she focuses on supply chain and operations searches. She came to executive search from media and advertising technology, and has spent seven years in the field.
Jennifer works across operations, procurement, supply chain, and field services, with additional depth in C-suite and portfolio operations roles. She is known for the thoughtful, highly strategic research she brings to challenging and complex mandates.
Before executive search, Jennifer spent much of her career in media and advertising technology, including roles at Universal McCann, where she managed the L’Oréal and Sony accounts, as well as at ContextWeb and eXelate. She moved into recruiting at Searchlight before joining PierceGray. She holds a BA in English and Art History from Lafayette College.
Jennifer lives in New Jersey with her husband and their two sons. She loves traveling with her family and staying active as a Pilates instructor and avid tennis player.
