Jordan is a Senior Associate at PierceGray, where she supports the firm’s retained executive search work across C-suite, functional leadership, and team build engagements. PierceGray serves private equity and Fortune 500 clients, helping organizations identify leaders with speed, accuracy, and integrity.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan was a Consultant at Guidehouse. Earlier in her career, she held roles with Piper Sandler, Douglas Elliman Texas, Leder Fiduciary Capital, Lizzie Pannill Fletcher for Congress, and Let America Vote. Jordan has a BBA in Finance from William & Mary.
