Jordan Leder is a Senior Associate in PierceGray’s New York office, where she focuses on finance searches, with additional depth in P&L leadership and private equity operations roles. She came to executive search from consulting and has been with PierceGray since 2025.
Jordan works across the manufacturing, services, and consumer industries, recruiting senior finance leadership. She works closely with client C-suites to assess candidate fit against each search specification.
Before PierceGray, Jordan was a Consultant at Guidehouse, focused on the financial services sector. She holds a BBA in Finance from William & Mary.
Jordan is originally from Houston, Texas. She enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, catching up with friends and family, and thrift shopping.
