Kristin McGinnis is a Vice President at PierceGray, where she focuses on placing HR and Commercial leaders who will drive meaningful growth in their organizations. Prior to PierceGray, Kristin spent a decade in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice, where she led enterprise-wide workforce transformation across the Consumer and Healthcare sectors.
In this capacity, she advised senior leadership teams on a broad range of talent priorities, including talent strategy, leadership development, organizational design, and talent acquisition. Kristin holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with her husband, two young sons, and golden retriever.
