Matt Formica is a Vice President in PierceGray’s Chicago office, where he specializes in 2 types of searches: 1) Private equity Operating Partner & Transformation and 2) Supply Chain & Operations leadership.
Matt works at the fund level, recruiting operating partners, both generalists and functional specialists. He also places the executives who lead operations, supply chain, and transformation inside portfolio companies.
Matt has been in the executive search industry with PierceGray for 8+ years. Prior, he worked in career services at Northwestern University. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree from Northwestern University.
Originally from New Jersey, Matt lives in Chicago and enjoys spending time with his family, biking around the city, and college football.
