Matt Formica is a Vice President at PierceGray, based in Chicago. He joined the firm in 2018 and has executed 80+ searches, specializing in Operations and Supply Chain leadership for private equity-backed businesses. He has worked extensively in industrials, food/beverage, retail, healthcare, and business services.
Prior to PierceGray, Matt held leadership roles in non-profit and higher education with AmeriCorps and Northwestern University, focused on career counseling. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree from Northwestern University.
