Owen Hite is an Associate in PierceGray’s New York office, where he focuses on supply chain and operations searches, with additional depth in finance and B2B services. He came to executive search from consulting.
Owen works on senior operations and finance leadership searches, including P&L and field services roles. He does his best work in unfamiliar, complex industries, digging into one until he understands it well enough to identify the candidate who can solve the client’s specific problem.
Before PierceGray, Owen was a state and local consultant at Guidehouse. He holds a BBA in Real Estate and Economics from the University of Georgia.
Originally from New Orleans, Owen has lived in New York for the past three years. He loves the Saints, jazz, and going to the beach.
