Rani Patel is a Senior Associate in PierceGray’s Chicago office, where she focuses on supply chain and operations searches, with additional depth in sales and marketing and in finance. Much of her work sits within the environmental services industry, recruiting operations and procurement leadership.
Rani came to executive search from recruiting. Before PierceGray, she was a Professional Recruiter at Insight Global. She holds a BS in Human Resource Management from the University of Tennessee, with a collateral in Marketing and a minor in Psychology, and an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her training in industrial and organizational psychology informs how she assesses candidates — how someone will perform in a role, and what they will change about the organization once they are in it.
