Reyonia Whipple is an Engagement Manager in PierceGray’s Chicago office. She focuses on finance searches, with additional depth in operating partner, and strategy & transformation roles.
With a foundation in diversity recruiting for the public, private, and non-profit sectors, Reyonia brings a broad perspective to identifying leadership and talent across functions and industries.
Prior to PierceGray, Reyonia held roles as an Engagement Manager at GoodCitizen, a Senior Associate at DSG Global, and an Executive Recruiter at Yardstick Management, executing leadership searches across industries. Her earlier client work has included Google, Coursera, Riot Games, Diageo, and the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta. She holds a BA in Communications from Lander University.
A proud Georgia native now based in Chicago, Reyonia enjoys traveling to new countries, going to concerts, playing indoor volleyball, and spending quality time with family and friends.
