Gus De Camargo is a Managing Director at PierceGray, where he leads the firm’s Technology, Digital & Data Practice. He joined the firm in 2026.
Gus recruits technology leadership for private equity-backed organizations and public companies, the executives responsible for modernization and growth. His work centers on roles where technology, commercial leadership, and customer strategy converge, and his searches span consumer, services, industrial, technology, financial services, and healthcare.
Before PierceGray, Gus led Leathwaite’s North American Technology Practice, expanding the firm’s presence across the industrial, consumer, and services sectors. Earlier, he established and scaled Korn Ferry’s technology practice for emerging leaders. He began his career in enterprise software consulting, working with organizations including Adobe, OpenText, and Microsoft.
He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Western University and a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration from Sheridan College. Gus and his wife, Sandi, have two children, Gabriel and Julia. In his downtime, he enjoys the outdoors, travel, snowboarding, and mountain biking.
