Nik is a Director at PierceGray, where he focuses on executive search for private equity clients across C-suite and functional leadership roles. His work spans talent issues related to scaling and hyper-growth, differentiation, enterprise transformation, operational excellence, sustainability, and circularity, with experience across industrials, SaaS and tech-enabled services, venture capital, and private equity.
Prior to joining the firm, Nik held senior executive search roles at N2Growth, where he advised companies across industries on attracting and leveraging top executive talent. Earlier in his career, he worked in leadership consulting with Heidrick & Struggles and Decision Strategies International, supporting strategy, organization, and executive assessment work for clients in healthcare, life sciences, technology, financial services, and industrial manufacturing. Nik studied at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
