Responsibilities:
This position is an integral part of the executive search process, leading and supporting internal teams on client facing projects. The role is responsible for partnering with the client and internal team to define market strategy, and then execute research against the strategy using multiple search tools. They also conduct early stage candidate qualification, diagnosing the candidates’ potential fit with the position through initial phone calls.
