The Role
The Director, Revenue Strategy will own responsibility for the pricing model and play a key role in pricing strategy as well as broader strategic planning. Deep modeling experience, with significant understanding of how to gain analytics and insights from data is paramount for the position. Revenue Strategy is a highly visible function across the organization, and the Director will be a key leader via influence and executive communication across functions and levels at Virgin Voyages.
Experience & Requirements
• 8+ years of total experience, including 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Project or direct experience within the hospitality sector necessary.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skillset, with an ability to put structure around ambiguity through modeling.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• Able to work up, down, and across large organizations; connects at all levels, i.e., Analysts to C-Suite.
• A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate themselves and others; a natural bias for action.
