Product Manager

The company operates 13 warehouse locations throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico, with 14 sales offices.

The Role

Uline seeks to hire a Product Manager who will lead a product line and own the product assortment, including researching and sourcing new products from domestic and international vendors, providing product recommendations based on market trends, competitor research, and customer preferences, leading vendor meetings and negotiations, and strategizing methods to increase sales, profitability, product quality, and efficiency. The Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, pricing, quality, and creative teams. This role will lead a team of Product Associates and is based at company headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Experience & Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, supply chain, merchandising, and/or marketing.
• Experience with product management including product line strategy reviews, planning, supplier management, product pricing and marketing.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and track record of capturing value.
• Persuasive written and verbal communicator.
• Organized and analytical, with relentless attention to detail.
• A track record of improving processes and driving results; continuous improvement mindset.
• A collaborative, hands-on, low-ego approach.
• Team leadership experience preferred.
