The Company
Founded in 1986 by Terry and Rose Ann Hall, California Custom Fruits & Flavors (CCFF) is a leading developer and manufacturer of custom-formulated specialty ingredients and flavors. CCFF delivers tailored solutions to a diverse group of customers, retailers, and co-manufacturers across numerous food products and channels. With world-class facilities in California and Indiana, CCFF has served as a leading partner and innovator of industry-leading flavors and formulations for nearly four decades.
CCFF is at an inflection point in their growth journey. As a family run business for 30 years, CCFF has built their reputation on superior product quality and customer service and has longstanding relationships with blue-chip and high-growth brands, retailers, and co-manufacturers.
In March of 2024, Peak Rock Capital acquired CCFF with a plan to expand the organization both through organic investments and strategic acquisitions. In the last year, CCFF has expanded its leadership team to position the business for scale, with a plan to double the size of the business in the next 2-4 years.
