Culligan International is a US-based, global water treatment company with a network of dealers and direct operations in 90 countries. The company provides a variety of products and services for homes and businesses that includes bottled water, water systems, water softeners, and service and repair. Culligan is headquartered in Rosemont, IL and has more than 7,500 employees. In 2021, Culligan was acquired by BDT Capital Partners.

The Role

Given company growth plans, Culligan is now seeking to hire a Regional Manager, taking responsibility for the entire P&L, including a team of ~180 employees. Reporting directly to the BU President, the new leader will be chartered with continuing to drive organic and inorganic growth, building bench strength, and leading the team in P&L growth. The new leader will also serve as the potential successor to the President of the business unit and will ideally be based within Northwest Florida.

Experience & Requirements

• 10+ years of experience that includes progressive leadership responsibilities including P&L management, service operations, sales and customer service; experience in residential services provider environments preferred.
• Expertise in all general management functional areas, including sales, customer service, collections, warehouse operations, quality/inspection, facility and fleet management, customer service, scheduling/routing, and dispatch management.
• Experience working in highly decentralized organizations, requiring collaboration between centralized functions and regional teams.
• Experience in high-growth and transformational environments, including experience with integration of acquired organizations; experience working in an investor-backed environment preferred.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and leading quarterly and annual business planning processes.
• A natural mentor: demonstrated ability to develop talent, recruit and lead cross-functional teams, and foster a collaborative culture.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding, and proactive individual; a natural bias for action with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Able to travel domestically 50%+.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with preference for Business, Finance, or Engineering.
