The Role
To better leverage its scale and support future growth, the company is looking to hire a new Sr. Director of Operations for their Groveport, OH manufacturing facility. The role will have full operational leadership for the site and manage a team of 287 employees producing personal care products for large CPG customers.
Experience & Requirements
• Demonstrated track record of driving strong employee engagement with strong listening and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others.
