The Role
To better leverage its scale and support future growth, the company is looking to hire a new VP and Site Leader for their Groveport, OH manufacturing facility. The role will have operational leadership and P&L responsibility, managing a team of 287 employees producing personal care products for large CPG customers. The central mandate for the role is to support site growth and customer satisfaction by instilling and implementing operational discipline to improve productivity, quality, customer service, and reduction in overall operating cost.
Experience & Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess: (1) P&L leadership experience in an FDA/GMP regulated environment managing frontline operations across multiple product lines; (2) functional expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, Lean/CI, quality and EH&S; (3) customer-facing experience with the credibility to serve as the face of the brand to external stakeholders and; (4) the leadership weight, maturity and entrepreneurial spirit to drive results in a high-growth, investor-backed environment. The Vice President and Site Leader will report directly to the COO and be based on-site in Groveport, OH (Columbus area).
