management services including assessment collection, reserve planning, board support, accounts receivable/payable, delinquency reporting, custom financial reporting, online records access, and document portals. Juda Eskew & Associates is committed to providing the personalized attention needed to nurture and strengthen communities.

The Role

In 2023, NextGen Growth Partners, a Chicago-based private investment firm focused on accelerating growth in lower-middle-market businesses, acquired Juda Eskew & Associates to support its next phase of expansion. The firm is set to close on an acquisition that would double the size of the business to ~$14M revenue. As such, Juda Eskew & Associates is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead all operations for the company including customer service, AP/AR, implementation of best practices, off shoring of labor, and the installation of AI. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will collaborate with NextGen stakeholders and is ideally based at the Fort Lauderdale, FL headquarters with the ability to be onsite 4+ days per week.

Experience & Requirements

a. Operational Efficiency. Process improvement and general cost take-out.
b. Strategy. Transformational initiative prioritization, performance benchmarking & KPIs, and corporate strategy.
c. General Management. Experience overseeing P&L.
d. Technology Tools. Implementation of AI, client delivery automation, and process digitization.
e. Organization. Org structure optimization, outsourcing, and cultural change initiatives.
