The Company

In 2025, Trinity Hunt Partners formed Allvia in partnership with Melita Group, an HR, benefits administration, and payroll provider based in San Jose, California. Allvia is a Workforce Services platform company focused on helping small and mid-sized employers streamline HR and benefits administration, manage healthcare costs, and improve employee satisfaction. The platform was created to build a national leader in the Workforce Services industry by partnering with established firms that have strong customer relationships and proven reputations for service excellence in their local markets. Allvia has multiple add-on acquisitions under letter of intent and is rapidly expanding its service capabilities and geographic reach to create a best-in-class national provider.

The Role

Trinity Hunt Partners is building a platform, Allvia, in the Workforce Services industry, with Melita Group as the foundational investment. THP/Allvia is now seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives who will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and support the company’s strategic priorities. This role will serve as a key partner to both executive leadership and THP’s investment team, responsible for driving strategic projects such as pricing strategy, go-to-market transformation, and cross functional initiatives that materially impact growth, profitability, and value creation. We are seeking someone for this role who shares our entrepreneurial spirit and values building relationships with trust, transparency, and respect.

The ideal candidate will possess: (1) significant strategy, operations, or transformation experience, either from relevant, highly acquisitive organizations (ideally PE-backed) or management consulting; (2) experience successfully developing and leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives that drive measurable results; (3) experience developing and executing data-driven growth strategies within a dynamic, high-change environment; and (4) a highly collaborative nature and executive presence, communications, and influence toolkit to drive results with urgency. The Vice President of Strategic Initiatives will report into the CEO, and may be based anywhere in the U.S.

Experience & Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including broad business experience and specific ownership of strategic projects. Ideal candidates will have private equity experience.
• Track record of successfully managing cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills, including pricing analysis, GTM optimization, operational excellence, and performance measurement.
• Ability to diagnose complex problems, develop a structured project plan, and engage diverse stakeholders to achieve measurable results
• Familiarity with financial modeling, KPI frameworks, and performance dashboards.
• Propensity to innovate. Invites, challenges, and explores original ideas with delightful, feasible outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Inclination to take ownership, self-manage, and be hands-on to deliver tangible outcomes.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and execute without direct authority.
• Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and relationship development skills.
• Highest personal and professional integrity and work ethic.
• Inclination to take responsibility, self-manage, and be very hands-on in doing whatever needs to be done to push toward outcomes
• Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
